Drexel is the first accredited university offering residential and commercial property management degrees at the graduate and undergraduate levels. The programs were launched in 2009 in response to a changing real estate climate, along with the projected growth within the property management industry. The Bachelor of Science and Master’s of Science degrees in Property Management, as well as undergraduate credit certificates in Residential Property Management and Commercial Property Management, were designed to help professionals become creative, forward-thinking leaders educated in the latest industry trends.

Drexel’s Customized Learning Solutions team worked closely with national and regional real estate associations to develop the curriculum for these degree programs, both of which address the need for university-educated property management professionals. The programs demonstrate Drexel’s commitment to creating customized education programs in response to today’s changing business trends.
