Ron Hall says: March 12, 2013 at 5:41 pm Our outfit has a benefit of eight hours of sick leave earned per month. When someone comes in with or develops symptoms of illness, we’ll suggest that they go home and use that benefit. “The rest of us don’t want to share whatever you may have.” is a typical statement I use.
