3M™ Flow Control System

The 3M Flow Control System (FCS) takes the variability out of mixing a cleaning solution. It is suitable for areas such as hospitals, classrooms, offices, and retail spaces to deliver the correct amount of chemicals for accurate dispensing.

The 3M Flow Control System provides built-in flow control technology to help minimize worker interaction with undiluted chemicals. It is available as a wall-mount or portable dispensing system.

cleaning solutionThe Wall Mount Dispenser has a three-point locking system to help prevent theft. It features dial dispensing operation with a two-knob design and no tips to change. The cabinet holds up to four half-gallon 3M chemical concentrate bottles. The Portable Dispensing System is a reusable dispenser that combines on-the-go convenience with accurate dilutions.

The 3M Flow Control System can be use with 17 different cleaning products: Industrial Degreaser Concentrate; 3-in-1 Floor Cleaner Concentrate; Glass Cleaner and Protector Concentrate; Peroxide Cleaner Concentrate; Neutral Cleaner Concentrate; Deodorizer, Fresh Scent Concentrate; Speed Stripper Concentrate; HB Quat Disinfectant Cleaner Concentrate; Floor Stripper LO Concentrate; Sanitizer Concentrate; Heavy Duty Multi-Surface Cleaner Concentrate; General Purpose Cleaner Concentrate; Disinfectant Cleaner RCT Concentrate; Bathroom Disinfectant Cleaner Concentrate; Non-Acid Disinfectant Bathroom Cleaner Concentrate; Glass Cleaner Concentrate; and Food Service Degreaser Concentrate.

The chemical concentrates come in recyclable bottles that can be used in the wall mount dispenser or with the portable dispenser. Some of the concentrates meet Green Seal™ Standard GS-37. This is based on effective performance, concentrated volume, minimized/recycled packaging, and protective limits on VOCs and human and environmental toxicity.

The 3M Flow Control System is on average 60% more accurate at diluting chemical concentrates into a cleaning solution than the nearest competitive system. This is found when tested under laboratory conditions at water pressures ranging from 20 psi to 120 psi.

  1. That is really neat that you could use this to mix the solution. I’d for sure use something like it if I were in the business of commercial or residential cleaning. That way, it would make the whole job go by smoother as I wouldn’t be spending time manually mixing the chemicals.
