QuikSpec Online Tool by Aiphone

QuikSpec Plus is a free online tool that enables registered users to create and save system specifications for Aiphone Corp.’s security systems (e.g., IS Series and IX Series). The solution generates a complete equipment list based on the answers to a few questions and helps specifiers design and assemble complete emergency systems.

online toolQuikSpec includes all available documentation, instructions, and product specifications (e.g., CSI specs). Lists can be saved to a user profile or downloaded in several formats. Any saved spec can be exported to Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, or architectural and engineering specification formats. The built-in logic is designed to ensure the right equipment is provided each time for intercoms, tower components, mounting bolts, power supplies, and accessories.

The QuikSpec Plus online tool integrates directly with Aiphone’s customer relationship management (CRM) system, allowing for seamless conversion to internal technical specifications as well as assisting in both sales and customer support. Live assistance from a technical support team can be reached during standard business hours.

Since QuikSpec is always available online users need not wait for emergency station parts lists. A parts list can be shared with any distributor in Aiphone’s network for quick pricing and availability.

The IS Series is a network-based communication and all-in-one security control system with video entry security, internal communication, rescue assistance, paging, and bell/chime scheduling. It can unlock doors remotely on a network, assist on-site visitors from an off-site phone, broadcast emergency announcements, and communicate using a standard or PC Master Station.

The IX Series is a network-based communication and security system with video entry security, internal communication, emergency stations, and paging. All units and apps in the systems can unlock doors remotely on a network, assist on-site visitors from an off-site location, broadcast emergency announcements, and communicate using a PoE network.
