The Square Canopy Parking Garage LED by MaxLite is energy efficient lighting for commercial and municipal parking applications. Listed by DesignLights Consortium (DLC) and eligible for utility rebates, it consumes 80% less energy than the conventional 250 watt metal halide luminaires it is designed to replace.
The LED Parking Garage Square Canopy line includes four models. The PKGS45HT550 delivers 4,590 lumens with an efficacy of 106 lm/W, a CRI of 72, and a power factor of .96. The PKGS45HT550MS delivers 4,575 lumens with an efficacy of 105 lm/W, a CRI of 75, and a power factor of .96. The PKGS45UT550 delivers 4,770 lumens with an efficacy of 105 lm/W, a CRI of 75, and a power factor of .94. The PKGS45UT550MS delivers 4,930 lumens with an efficacy of 108 lm/W, a CRI of 74, and a power factor of .94.
Each Square Canopy features a 5000K CCT, a lumen maintenance rating of 50,000 hours at L70, and a Type V beam distribution. The lights measure 3.27″ H x 9.84″ L x 11.57″ W and weigh 7.70 pounds. The models are compatible with either 120V to 277V or 347V to 480V circuits.
A suitable choice for illuminating parking decks, stairwells, and other low-bay installations, the Square Canopy has an advanced LED optic system designed specifically to provide crisp, bright light with uniformity at low mounting heights while consuming just 45 watts. It can be combined with an optional microwave-based occupancy sensor for additional energy savings. A thermal management system enables two of the luminaires to operate in an ambient temperature range of -40°F to 113°F and two to operate at -13°F to 113°F.
The Square Canopy Parking Garage LED features an adapter plate that mounts to standard junction boxes and can also be pendant mounted. The product is IP66 rated and listed for use in wet locations. It is supported by a five-year warranty and lifetime product support.
