Mercy Health-Cincinnati has introduced "Right This Way", an "indoor GPS" that uses beacon technology to guide hospital visitors and patients.

Connexient and The Jewish Hospital-Mercy Health have announced the launch of the “Right This Way” app to assist patients and visitors at this healthcare facility in Cincinnati, OH find their way around the hospital, remember where they parked, and more. Mercy Health-Cincinnati is the first health system in Greater Cincinnati to launch this wayfinding solution, acting as an “indoor GPS” for hospitals. The app runs on the MediNav platform, an offering from Connexient, a provider of indoor mapping, navigation and location-based services for hospitals and healthcare networks with large, complex buildings and campuses.
