SFW, LLC, has launched SFW Incident, a Web-based application designed to help organizations identify, investigate, and take action to reduce the risk of liabilities in and around their facilities. The application provides end users with the capability to record specific incidents instantly — such as personal injury, accidents or damage to assets — on digital maps and floor plans, at the exact location they occur. Facility managers and directors of loss prevention can then track statistical information over user-specified time periods or other variables, providing the analytical insight needed to adopt new policies or install new systems to minimize risks.

SFW Incident also benefits law enforcement officials and security personnel, providing them with the ability to track and identify patterns relating to incidents such as thefts or malicious property damage in order to deploy appropriate preventive measures.

SFW Incident provides users with an intuitive, user-friendly interface designed to replace labor-intensive paper-based systems and outdated software tools. The module is also flexible and can be easily customized to meet the requirements of specific industries such as commercial real estate, manufacturing, or government.
