Global Facility Services, LLC (GFS), a subsidiary of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, has announced a three-year contract with Panasonic Corporation of North America to provide integrated facility management services for nearly three million square feet of commercial space, including Panasonic’s 1.1 million square-foot headquarters in Secaucus, NJ. GFS will provide facility management services for 33 properties in 11 states. These services include cafeteria, office, conference room, and mail center. GFS will also provide strategic real estate planning, construction, project management, and lease administration.
