That’s the question that leads off the newly launched service campaign for Trendway Corporation. What you might not know is that Trendway now offers customers an On Time Or Free promise.

Trendway is an employee-owned company manufacturing office furniture since 1968. The company offers a full range of office furniture including systems, freestanding, filing, storage, and seating. But, what sets them apart from other office furniture manufacturers is their commitment to service.

Trendway is customer-driven and prides itself on delivering what customers want when they want it. Trendway is so confident in their ability to maintain this high level of service, they now offer customers the On Time Or Free promise. Trendway agrees to reimburse the end user customer for any part of an order not ready for shipment on the acknowledged scheduled ship date.

Trendway has launched a new ad campaign to give visibility to this new service promise. “We’re excited about getting the word out to customers,” states Susan Zalnis, Trendway strategic marketing director. “The new Did You Know campaign is fun albeit a little in your face.” We want to be sure that those with the responsibility of selecting and purchasing office furniture know about Trendway and our commitment to service. They are the ones who feel the pain when projects are delayed by late or incomplete shipments.” Mark Groulx, Trendway CEO and President, sums it up by saying, “This may seem like a bold move to some of our competitors, but with a team like Trendway’s, we don’t plan to give away much furniture.”
