This week’s question comes from the Facilities Management Group on LinkedIn.
There have always been valid arguments for the outsourcing of the non-core functions within an organisation, but at what level should that organisation retain oversight control (first line management, senior management, or executive level)? Is there a risk of exposure, either operationally or financially, if the control is placed too far up the company management structure?
