This week’s question comes from the Facilities Management Group on LinkedIn.
Are energy projects with an ESCO (energy service company or energy savings company) a blessing or a curse?
With all the focus on energy conservation and efficiency, many companies (private and public sector) turn to ESCOs to plan, finance, and execute energy projects.
I’d like to start a discussion and get feedback from end users that have executed energy projects with ESCOs. How did it go? Did your energy and financial savings match what was promised? How is the quality of equipment installed?
