I am hoping to carry out a Facilities Condition Assessment of our portfolio which will allow me to gather the Facilities Condition Index for each building. While I want to use this to drive strategic decision making within the facilities group, I also want to use it to educate my stakeholders and set expectations.
Does anyone have any experience of this, and are willing to discuss and share?
