SanusAer® High Output Ozone Generators by Advanced Purification provide ozone delivery for odor remediation and indoor sanitization. The 2016 three-product line includes the SanusAer Ozone Generator 7000, 14000, and 28000. Each generates ozone through the “corona discharge” method with 15 times more output than UV generators.
SanusAer High Output Ozone Generators feature vertical flow systems that project the ozone upward from the top of the generators. This improves overall gas distribution and eliminates the need to elevate the unit during treatments. The dual fan format (SA-14000 and SA-28000 only) creates 9,840 cubic feet/hour airflow. The two larger models also have two levels of ozone output for treatment flexibility. Optional horizontal operation—using the cabinet handle as a stand—provides users the ability to point the generator in a specific direction, controlling the ozone application flow.
The SanusAer Ozone Generator 7000 measures 7¾” x 87/8” x 8¼” (a 0.33 cube), weighs seven pounds, and delivers 7,000 mg/hour of ozone gas when the main power switch is illuminated. It is for areas such as hotel rooms, coffee shops, and planes. The SA-14000 delivers 7,000 mg/hour of ozone on the low setting (left illuminated switch in “on” position only) and 14,000 mg/hour on the high setting (when both switches are illuminated). It measures 9″ x 93/8” x 8¼” (0.40 cubic feet); weighs 11 pounds; and is suitable for applications such as locker rooms, flood remediation, and cafeterias. The SA-28000 delivers 14,000 mg/hour of ozone gas on the low setting (left illuminated switch in “on” position only) and 28,000 mg/hour on the high setting (when both switches are illuminated). It measures 115/8” x 93/8” x 8¼” (0.52 cube); weighs 13 pounds; and is typically used for skunk odors, military bases, cruise ships, and crime scenes.
SanusAer High Output Ozone Generators are cube shape and stackable for storage. Their commercial grade exterior is durable and chemically/ultraviolet resistant. The cabinet is 18g corrosion resistant steel that has a textured powder-coat for protection from abrasion, chipping, scratching, fading, and chemical corrosion. The cabinet cover can be removed for maintenance to change out the long ozone plates. An external fuse is also provided for access.
