The KONE Mobile App from KONE Corporation is a digital service for maintenance customers. This maintenance app allows facility managers and building owners to receive equipment service updates for the full maintenance process on their smartphones.
The KONE Mobile app is also designed for two-way communication. Customers can make a service request using the app and tap to get in touch with a KONE representative. The maintenance app provides the benefit of transparency by allowing customers to receive a real-time notification when the service technician arrives on site and when the work is completed— with status updates delivered straight to their phone.

The KONE Mobile app complements the Internet-based KONE Care® Online service and together they offer maintenance customers a full overview of their equipment. KONE Care Online provides customers with historical data on service response and equipment performance. They can check maintenance data and schedules, and review equipment performance over time for better planning. For example, the KONE Care Online electronic communication and reporting system provides real-time information on the condition of elevators and escalators, including details on repairs and resulting costs.
The ability to compare costs and performance enables easier identification of equipment that may benefit from modernization or adjustments to the current maintenance schedule, and provides critical data for future budgeting. With the help of the KONE Mobile app, building managers can keep up to date with their equipment performance with greater flexibility.
