Hydro Systems’ AccuMax Chemical Dispensers

The versatile line has been expanded to include a three-button model

AccuMax™ from Hydro Systems is a line of chemical dispensers created from customer feedback given for the company’s AccuPro, AccuDose, and MultiFlex dispensers. The versatile family is suited to house all-purpose cleaners, floor cleaners, glass cleaners, degreasers, and other chemicals.

chemical dispensersAll AccuMax chemical dispensers use AccuPro Pressure Regulation Technology to eliminate dilution variance by controlling the water pressure into the unit, never allowing the dilution to “lean out” the desired dilution target. High water pressure results in improperly diluted chemicals, poor cleaning performance, and lost chemical sales. AccuPro Technology delivers accurate dilution regardless of fluctuations in water pressure.

AccuMax systems are available in two types of eductors (E-Gap and AirGap) to provide backflow protection and satisfy regulatory standards. E-Gap eductors provide backflow protection through use of an elastomeric sleeve (ASSE 1055B Approved) while the AirGap uses a 1″ gap of air between the water source and the chemical inlet (ASSE 1055B Approved).

AccuMax one button, two button, three button (pictured above), Select Plus, and Dual Select chemical dispensers are versatile and durable for commercial kitchens, janitors’ closets, hospitals, and a variety of other applications. They come with Dark Blue, Dark Green, Dark Gray, Yellow, or Red buttons and use the same mounting brackets as Hydro Systems’ AccuPro and AccuDose.

The all-in-one system has an intuitive design with a chemically resistant select valve and lockable cabinetry. The AccuMax 4P stands up to daily wear and tear, fits most two to three liter bottles, and is Rite-Connect closed-loop system compatible. Options include company colors and embossed logo branding, pre-plumbing at the factory, and a drip tray.

AccuMax QDV offers a way to dispense a wide variety of automatically diluted solutions into spray bottles, buckets, and other containers, while eliminating the possibility of chemical carryover between products. This addition to the AccuMax family of products provides dilution control for multiple chemicals at multiple flow rates using separate eductors. The system uses patented quad diverter valve technology to channel incoming water to the proper eductor, which meters the appropriate amount of chemical into the water stream.

“With the addition of the AccuMax three-button model, we’ve created yet another system that helps our customers clean with confidence,” said Matt Hayas, Global Product Manager, Hydro Systems. “Whether a facility requires the use of multiple chemicals, needs better water pressure regulation, or wants to simplify the installation and maintenance process, the AccuMax lineup covers every dispensing need.”

AccuMax chemical dispensers feature one to five GPM (gallons per minute) flow rate options, an expansive workspace to route tubes, tool-free maintenance, and durable side tabs. In addition, easy locking buttons protect chemicals.
