He works for the Building Efficiency business unit of JCI that offers customers unmatched expertise in how to make non-residential facilities perform better resulting in improved comfort, safety, and energy efficiency and employee productivity. He currently leads the North American field service business in the development of operational strategies to improve safety, customer satisfaction, productivity and shareholder return. David is a graduate of Auburn University and during his thirty seven year career has held various regional and national leadership positions in Alabama, Southern California and Georgia prior moving to Wisconsin in 2002. His community involvement includes the Rotary Club of Milwaukee, MATC Foundation Board of Directors and the Froedtert Hospital President’s Advisory Council.

chiller maintenanceJuliet Pagliaro Herman is the Director of Service Marketing and Product Management for Johnson Controls Systems and Services North America. Prior to this role, she served as the product manager for planned service for North America and as program manager for energy and sustainability for Johnson Controls globally. Before joining Johnson Controls, she worked for General Electric Healthcare in various roles in global service technology. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University.
