Plan For Next Gen FM At Facility Executive Live!

The average age of the facility management workforce is 50.9 years old, according to a recent survey shared by IFMA in March 2017. Even as the scope of the profession expands, facility management faces a critical shortage of qualified new talent to fill the shoes of industry veterans. At Facility Executive Live!, an industry event on October 3, 2017, this issue will be addressed during the Next Gen FM Panel Discussion. Panelists for the Next Gen FM topic will share insights on how facility leaders can prepare today for this expected talent gap in order to keep their organizations operating smoothly throughout the coming transition.
