Tubelite’s TerraPorte 7600 are out-swing and in-swing architectural terrace doors. They are suitable for mid-rise projects, condominiums, and hotels and can be installed as a standalone product or easily integrated into Tubelite’s curtain wall, 900RW ribbon window, and storefront systems.
TerraPorte 7600 sizes extend up to 12′ tall. Available sizes can be up to 48″ x up to 96″ and up to 34″ x up to 144″. The terrace doors have a 3¼” deep aluminum-frame depth with polyamide thermal barrier for thermal and energy performance.
Standard hardware includes a combination lock handle and thumb turn deadbolt lock assembly with key cylinder; a multi-point locking system; heavy-duty aluminum hinges with stainless steel covers; and handles in a gray, black, or white painted finish. A mitered frame and door leaf, corner key, and crimped construction offer durability.
Hardware options include a double keyed cylinder, 1½ pair heavy-duty hinges, concealed door stop, closer and drop plate (outswing only), curtain wall adaptors (indicate captured or SSG, three-sided or four-sided), and low profile accessABLE™ sill for barrier free access to balconies and terraces (outswing only).
Durable anodized Class II Clear, Class I Clear, and Class I Black or 70% Kynar painted finishes reduce a facility’s maintenance costs and enhance long lifecycles. A two-color, split finish option is available.
TerraPorte 7600 terrace doors achieve AW-70 Architectural Performance Class requirements set by the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA). Testing for AW-70 includes stringent criteria for air, water, and structural performance, including AAMA 910-16 lifecycle testing to 4,000 operating cycles, with supplemental thermal cycling.
