Laterna, Sequence, and Zume from Visa Lighting are outdoor pendant lights. Whether in parks, atriums, downtown marketplaces, campus walkways, courtyards, dining areas, entryways, or bridges, these luminaires can go virtually anywhere people gather outside.
Laterna, Sequence, and Zume are available in two mounting configurations: catenary (strung by cable between two structural points) or canopy (mounted to a junction box like standard indoor pendants). Catenary-mounted lighting offers wide-ranging design flexibility since cables can span large areas without additional poles blocking sightlines and walking paths.
All three are outdoor pendant lights are ETL wet location listed and IP65 rated. To ensure long life in rigorous outdoor environments, all catenary models were successfully tested for vibration in accordance with ANSI C136.31: American National Standard for Roadway and Area Lighting Equipment. The launch also includes a comprehensive Catenary Design Guide and several optional accessories.
The Laterna LED pendant has an open-air feel and uncomplicated style. A cylindrical diffuser in white or frosted acrylic illuminates the lantern from within. Laterna delivers from 1,500 to 3,000 lumens with 18 watts or 29 watts. It weighs 12 pounds and measures 17½ ” W x 19-1/8″ H (changes with options) with a 12¼” diffuser height and 60″ power cord length.
Sequence is offered in white LED sources and in DMX controlled color changing RGB. The outdoor pendant light has an optional integral LED downlight with narrow, medium, and wide optics. It comes in 4″, 8″, and 12″ diameters and in 2′, 3′, 4′, 5′, 6′, and 8′ lengths and has a matte white acrylic cylinder body.
Zume is a pure glowing sphere that appears to be floating in space and is crowned with a cap. It comes in 16″ or 20″ sizes in frosted or white acrylic. The fixture delivers from 1,300 to 2,500 lumens with 17 watts or 28 watts.
The three outdoor pendant lights are available in 3000K, 3500K, or 4000K CCTs, are 0V to 10V dimmable, and have a 120V to 277V input voltage. Laterna’s outer cage, Sequence’s end caps, and Zume’s decorative cap can be finished in any of Visa’s 16 standard paint finishes (e.g., Agate Grey, Bronze Matte, Rust, Jet Black, Cream, Glimmer).
