EcoClean is safe to use with metals such as iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, magnesium, and various alloys. It dissolves heavy scale, corrosion, and naturally occurring oxides off the metals. This is important for improving flow in scale-obstructed water or drainage pipes and improving heat-transfer efficiency on heat-exchanger equipment by creating clean surfaces.
