The IN120, available from ASSA ABLOY Group Brands Corbin Russwin and Sargent, is a WiFi lock. It pairs a sleek design with the latest in access control technology to address the evolving needs of facilities and operates on six AA batteries or a 12-24VDC hard power option.
The IN120 features multiCLASS SE® technology from HID Global® which supports HID Mobile Access® powered by Seos® as well as both iOS® and Android™ devices. It also supports multiple credential technologies including high frequency (13.56 MHz) and low frequency (125 kHz), offering easy migration to higher security credentials or consolidation of mixed credentials.
The IN120 makes it easy and affordable to expand access control systems to more doors. It utilizes IEEE 802.11 WiFi infrastructure to reduce installation costs and eliminate the need for any proprietary equipment. This WiFi lock also provides field-upgradable 802.11b/g/n radio for interoperability with other WiFi equipment and future proofing. Field selectable communication frequency allows users to balance security requirements with battery life.
Intelligence is built into the IN120 for local decision-making. It operates regardless of network status; supports up to 2,400 users; and provides a 10,000 event transaction history/audit trail. A privacy button enables shelter in place/local lockdown.
Integrated ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 hardware is offered in cylindrical lock and mortise lock configurations. A wide range of finishes, including Bright Brass, Satin Bronze, Bright Chromium Plated, and Satin Stainless Steel are available, as are various decorative levers such as Standard (e.g., Armstrong, Essex, Newport), Vineyard (e.g., Merlot, Tuscany), and Museo (e.g., Georgia, Pablo, Josef).
The IN120 allows users to select only the features they need and add more as requirements grow. The WiFi lock requires certification through the ASSA ABLOY Authorized Channel Partner and Certified Integrator programs.
Sorry not A computer friendly guy but based on what I’ve read is this unit a stand alone unit Like I put this in on a server room door and I have no other forms of card access can I still use this lock through my phone.
