The unit is UL-listed as a two-hour fire-rated J box. The 4″ design allows below access to the driver and is compatible with Nora’s Cobalt Click line of trims and dedicated modules. Square and round apertures are available and the trims are offered in 850 lumens (13 watts), 1250 lumens (16 watts), and 1400 lumens (22 watts) with 97 CRI and CREE COB technology.

Color temperatures for the Cobalt SFB-4 include 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, and 4000K. All fixtures are cULus listed, and models with 850 lumens and 1250 lumens are Energy Star® rated and meet 2016 Title 24 Part 6 High Efficacy LED light source requirements.

The shallow fire-rated housing can be finished in black/black, black/white, bronze/bronze, diffused/white, haze/white, natural metal/natural metal, pewter/white, or white/white. The finished look and deep set optics offer the performance and appearance of a standard deep regressed downlight.
