Chameleon Power will be exhibiting its advanced visualization technologies at Booth #6573 of The International Surface Event in Las Vegas from January 23-25. On display at Chameleon’s booth will be photographic 2D, 3D, Virtual Reality (VR), and Augmented Reality (AR) tools. In addition, multiple flooring manufacturers will be displaying new products using Chameleon’s VR technology in their booths.
Chameleon’s visualization technologies allow a website or desktop user to select a photo, or load their own photo, and flooring and surfacing materials, see the final outcome, and save their finished project, all at their website or from a mobile device.
Chameleon Power provides its visualization tools on an annual license and does not charge a usage fee.
Utilizing next generation 3D applications, users can create photorealistic outcomes in 3D. Fences, decks, canopies, faucets, fixtures, and stone walls are much more realistic with these engines. Users can draw realistic products that take into account the full depth of the real world. It features adjustable environmental elements like light, shadows, etc. for accurate visualization and object placement functionality to aid in building the perfect setting.
The AR applications allow users to view photorealistic virtual products in a real-world environment. They combine reality and VR to provide an interactive way for users to visualize product options in their own environments. After capturing a real subject on camera, the technology augments the real-world image with extra layers of digital information, whether it be an office on an empty lot, carpet on a floor, or a piece of furniture in a room. This simplifies the selection process.
