VARISPACE Las Colinas, a new workspace venture by VARIDESK®, has signed on two tenants, RumbleOn and Akili, to occupy more than 65,000 square of the active office space campus in Irving, TX. Just months after VARIDESK acquired the building — formerly Zale Corp. headquarters, these leases represent nearly 22% of the building’s 305,000 RSF.

VARISPACE Las Colinas opens for occupancy September 2019; construction is on schedule. The Class A workspace brings first-class amenities and flexible space solutions together in a multi-tenant campus ideal for enterprise-level tenants.
The campus sits on 15 acres at a central location in Irving, close to food, fitness, banks, daycare for employees’ convenience. Meanwhile, an on-site café that provides meal options for those who do not want to leave the campus. The café will also feature a social area with games. A one-acre outdoor courtyard area will encourage people to sit outdoors to collaborate, or to schedule a walking meeting along the .6-mile Wi-Fi connected walking trail.
Among the other amenities, the facility has a 200-seat training/conference center and a 10,000 square foot fitness center. The entire building will be furnished with new VARIDESK office solutions — from electric standing desks and conference tables to modular walls, white boards, and Halo lighting — in a complete turnkey buildout for tenants.
