Bathroom renovations. These small jobs sound like the easiest ones to finish, but the opposite is often true: The small jobs frequently end up causing the biggest headaches. Here’s why.

And as owners wait for proposals to come in and take the time to comb through them, conditions at the facility may deteriorate further. Immediately, that small job has gotten a little bigger.
