“We initially designed the OLS120D2 Power Supply/Charger board to meet the requirement of a large international airport access control system,” said Alan Forman, President, Altronix Corporation. “We decided to make this product available as a standard catalog item to our channel partners as we believed it would be beneficial to other integrators.”

The OLS120D2X Power Supply/Charger comes with an enclosure that accommodates up to two 12VDC 7AH batteries. The unit features a universal 115/230VAC input and provides 24VDC rated at 3A and 12VDC rated at 1A over separate outputs simultaneously. A full 4A of power is available when using only one output.

The OLS120D2X includes integral battery charging for sealed lead acid or gel type batteries, short circuit and thermal overload protection, and AC fail and low battery supervision. The Power Supply/Charger is also available in a board only version (model OLS120D2).

Manufactured in the U.S., the OLS120D2 Power Supply/Charger carries a lifetime warranty and is suitable for a wide range of access control and security systems applications incorporating magnetic locks, strikes, and request-to-exit devices. It measures 13.5” x 13” x 3.25”, weighs approximately 7.4 pounds, and has an operating temperature of 32°F to 120°F and a storage temperature of -4°F to 158°F.
