Businesses get creative to help employees deal with skyrocketing fuel costs

Some businesses are being forced to raise prices and pass that along to consumers, but others are revisiting telecommuting options, changing work hours (four long days instead of five short ones), offering incentives for use of mass transit or hybrid vehicles, or encouraging employees to purchase and ride bikes to work (by chipping in on the purchase).
