Butlerib II Wall System Offers Design Flexibility

The Butlerib II wall system offers design freedom and flexibility at an affordable price.

The Butlerib® II from Butler Manufacturing is a wall system that offers design freedom and flexibility. It is suitable for building projects looking to achieve speed, functionality, and aesthetics such as large-scale warehouses or small retail centers.

wall systemAvailable in 24 gauge or 26 gauge, Butlerib II wall system panels measure 3″ wide and up to 40′ long and can accommodate up to 4″ of insulation. To ensure precision and speed throughout the installation process, each Butlerib II panel and supporting structure is factory punched and fabricated.

Deep 1½” corrugations give the Butlerib II added strength and a clean, simple appearance. In addition, all wall system panels feature the Butler-Coteâ„¢ premium finish. The finish is made with a 70% Kynar 500® or Hylar 5000® resin and durable Fluropon® coating that resists fading and chalking, keeping a building’s color vibrant. A 25-year warranty protects against blistering, peeling, cracking, or chipping of the paint finish.

Depending on a project’s aesthetic needs, a variety of fastener options can be integrated to fit the wall system to reach the right look. Butlerib II integrates well with the Scrubolt™ fastener for twice the pullout strength of industry standard fasteners.

The predesigned transition materials allow the Butlerib II to combine with a variety of Butler wall systems, conventional materials (e.g., brick or exterior insulation and finish system), doors, and/or windows, minimizing fieldwork modifications.
