As part of a week-long celebration of today’s international World FM Day 2017, Global FM has announced the winners of this year’s Excellence Awards. This year’s theme, “enabling positive experiences,” recognizes the impact facilities management has on positive customer, client, and employee experience in all sectors.
The 2017 winners are:
- Platinum Award of Excellence in FM – IFMA: Creating a Model for Sustainable FM, Compass Properties, U.S.
- Gold Award of Excellence in FM – IFMA: Leadership in Professional FM, Jack Christensen, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, U.S.
- Silver Award of Excellence in FM – SAFMA: 1 Discovery Place, South Africa
“It was a great privilege to coordinate this year’s Awards program and work with such talented individuals,” said Jacyln Lee, co-ordinator of the Global FM Excellence Awards 2017. “The submissions for the 2017 Global FM Awards represented extremely innovative projects and strategies that highlight the great advancements occurring in the facilities management industry. Global FM, the worldwide alliance of facilities management membership organizations, organizes the awards each year to elevate the very best facilities management projects to a global stage. All of the entries highlighted the role that facility management professionals play in supporting and enabling business performance.
