CF Mesa Insulated Metal Panels

CF Mesa insulated metal panels serve as walls, ceilings, and roofs for cooler, freezer, and food processing facilities.

CF Mesa insulated metal panels from Metl-Span serve as walls, ceilings, and roofs for cooler, freezer, and food processing facilities. They are also suitable for dry goods warehouses and other controlled environmental buildings where temperature control and insulation values are critical.

insulated metal panelsCF Mesa is manufactured according to exact specifications to assure uniform quality, product consistency, and optimized performance. The advanced foamed-in-place panels have a zero ozone-depleting (zero ODP) core. The faces are textured with stucco embossing and finished with baked-on coatings for added strength. CF Mesa utilizes concealed clips and eliminates thermal short circuits.

The exterior face is G-90 galvanized or AZ-50 aluminum-zinc coated steel in 26, 24, and 22 Ga. The interior profile measures nominal 1/8″ deep, embossed or unembossed. The interior face is G-90 galvanized or AZ-50 aluminum-zinc coated, 304 or 316 stainless steel in 26, 24, and 22 Ga. The joint is offset double tongue-and-groove with an extended metal shelf for positive face fastening. The lightly corrugated profile on both faces creates symmetry on the outside of the building and room to room within. The minor rib provides a flattened appearance.

Easily washable, CF Mesa insulated metal panels measure 30″, 36″, and 42″ wide; 2″, 2½”, 3″, 4″, 5″, and 6″ thick; 8′ to 32′ long for horizontal embossed; 8′ to 16′ long for horizontal unembossed; 8′ to 52′ long for vertical embossed; and 8′ to 40′ long for vertical unembossed.
