New Product Flash: EcoLifts From JLG

These low level vertical lifts require no batteries, hydraulics, oil, or controls.

vertical liftsJLG recently introduced two new non-powered vertical lifts — the EcoLift 50 and EcoLift 70. These low-level access lifts are designed for minimal maintenance due to a patented stored power lift/lower system that requires no batteries, hydraulics, oil, or controls. Facility operators raise the platform manually, by turning a lift mechanism until they reach desired height for the task at hand.

The EcoLift 50 offers a platform height of up to 4’11”, with a maximum working height of 10’11”. For taller jobs the EcoLift 70 platform reaches 7’2.5″, with a maximum working height of 13’2.5″. Both models feature a weight capacity of 330 pounds. A sturdy base and automatic locking caster wheels provides a secure surface from which to work.

These vertical lifts measure just under 28″ wide, which enables them to travel through standard doorways. Made of construction-grade materials, the rental-ready lifts offer unlimited lift cycles. The absence of hydraulics or motors results in quiet operation, making them a good fit for maintenance in schools, hospitals, and other settings where occupants should not be disturbed.
