The Service Request Module interfaces with the many user groups engaged with managing a facility. It is a tool to coordinate on-demand and preventive maintenance tasks in real-time. The ECLYPSE connected system controller is an HVAC controller with BACnet/IP, wired, and wireless IP connectivity. SmartStruxure Lite is an integrated building management system (iBMS) designed for small- and medium-sized facilities that are less than 100,000 square feet, providing tailored functionalities for locations such as retail stores and schools. It is an open system that offers programmable control and management of a facility’s HVAC, lighting, and metering. The backbone of the solution is multi-purpose management devices (MPM) that combine programmable controller, gateway, and Web server duties in a single device. The MPM (MPM-GW, MPM-UN, and MPM-VA) hosts StruxureWare™ Building Expert, a no-license-fee web interface, so no special gateway or server is needed.
