IXM MYCRO from INVIXIUM delivers fast biometric matching. It is the base model of all IXM products and was designed with a focus on simplicity and multi-functionality. In addition, the resilient exterior and construction provide sustained durability while the flexible configuration accommodates the needs of most applications.
IXM MYCRO is equipped with an 800 MHz Cortex A8 Processor enabling instantaneous biometric matching with speeds of up to 10,000 matches per second coupled with a 512 MB DDR3L RAM to ensure a seamless user experience. The 512 MB NAND Flash memory provides ample space for storing up to 25,000 user records (1:1) or 50,000 biometric records and 100,000 transaction logs.
The IP65 and IK08 ratings make IXM MYCRO resistant to dust, water ingress, and even impacts. Further, as a result of the Anti-Shock Vandal Protection feature, if someone tries to tamper with the device, the accelerometer inside of it would sense the shock and vibrations and immediately sound an alarm. The response to such an alarm can be customized as per need, such as taking a picture of the one responsible with a connected IP camera.
The IXM MYCRO allows access using all types of access cards (e.g., EM Prox, HID Prox, MiFARE and iCLASS), in addition to fingerprint access for easy transitioning from one type of smart card to the other. The Panel feedback feature leaves the identification and verification of a fingerprint on the access control panel as opposed to the device. Access will only be granted if the biometric record is present in the access panel records; if this feature is activated, the biometric records on the device do not matter. This provides more ways to increase security in restricted areas.
The IXM MYCRO operates on 12V to 24V DC (500mA – 250mA) at 1 amp with an operating temperature of -4˚F to 140˚F and is FCC, CE, and RoHS certified.
