Reddig is currently the Director of Facilities at Ford Field.

Reddig is the Director of Facilities at Ford Field, home of the NFL Detroit Lions. He is responsible for all buildings and systems on the Ford Field footprint, including the stadium, parking deck, surface lots, and the commercial real estate within Ford Field. This footprint totals 2.1 million square feet, which includes 275,000 square feet of parking and 450,000 square feet of commercial real estate. Reddig manages all contracted services, assists in budget preparation, and oversees the preventive maintenance functions. His primary responsibilities include the day-to-day supervision and training of nine maintenance techs and managing all facilities related project work. His other duties include event preparation for Ford Field events and managing facility related functions for events. He also consults on Facility projects and functions at the Detroit Lions 250,000 square foot training facility in Allen Park.

Prior to his current position, Reddig was a Lead Technical Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle (now JLL). Prior to Continental, he was assigned to the Delphi World Headquarters account. He worked at the Delphi Headquarters site before it was occupied in 1997, overseeing the construction of the 235,000 square foot facility.

Reddig holds a Climate Control Technology Degree from Macomb Community College. Additionally, he has logged over 88 hours at the Stationary Engineering Education Center Local 549. Mr. Reddig has also attended the Fire Fighter Academy in the City of Troy, Michigan.

In January 2017, Reddig was the most recent facility professional to be recognized as the Facility Executive of the Year by Facility Executive magazine.
