Jeannette Lenear Peruchini, IIDA, LEED® AP, is an Associate Director and Interior Practice Leader at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP in Chicago. With more than 15 years of leadership experience as a designer, project manager, and business development lead, Jeannette has led large teams, both in the United States and abroad, to win new business and deliver high caliber design to clients.

Jeannette leads SOM’s thought leadership in workplace design, working across disciplines to help clients meet the needs of a diverse, multi-generational workforce. Drawing on her passion for creating spaces which elevate the human experience through great design and sustainability, she embraces the big picture while maintaining a focus on the needs of each client.

She is an active member of CoreNet Global and the Chicago Executives’ Club, and serves on Contract Magazine’s Editorial Advisory Board. She has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
