The American Society of Interior Designers – Illinois Chapter (ASID-IL) has launched its online Find A Designer referral service. This is a free, convenient, user-friendly service that consumers and business professionals use to preview profiles of ASID-IL designers before contacting them for a project interview.
This service offers simple ways to search for a suitable designer. Linda Truckenmiller, president, ASID-IL Chapter adds, “Users can search at their leisure, then contact designers directly for further information and know they are talking to a professional.”
New features to the Find A Designer online service include an upgraded, easy-to-navigate Web site, more designer profile pages, and the ability to search by location and designer specialty. Consumers do not have to key in any personal information when browsing. They have the ability to review as many designer profiles as they’d like and find out more about each designer, as well as view samples of their work. ASID-IL professional and allied member designers are connected to a vast industry network with the ability to manage projects from start to finish, and many ASID designers are registered with the state of Illinois.
