Lighting Services, Inc. is pleased to announce the opening of the National World War One Museum on Saturday, December 2, 2006. Located at the Liberty Memorial in Kansas City, MO, the museum is acknowledged as the only public museum in the country dedicated solely to the history of World War One.
The museum’s collection began immediately after the armistice of November 11, 1918. A group from Kansas City gathered to propose a memorial to the men and women who served in the war and to those who died.
