Builder Performance (61 Line) from PPG PAINTS™ is interior latex wall and ceiling paint. Available in flat ready-mix colors and tint bases, the product is designed especially for high volume projects—such as volume homebuilders and commercial contractors—to provide precise color consistency for routine touch-up jobs.wall and ceiling paint

Self-priming on drywall, Builder Performance can be applied by spraying, brushing, or rolling. Low odor/low VOC, it provides a uniform flat finish to help hide tape joints and surface imperfections, and its hide and touch-up properties result in an even finish. Recommended substrates for the latex wall and ceiling paint include concrete/masonry, concrete block (CMU), ferrous metal, gypsum wallboard-drywall, plaster, and wood.

Builder Performance has a dry time of 30 minutes to touch, four hours to recoat, and 30 days to full cure at 77ºF, 50% relative humidity. The curated Builder Performance color palette includes 10 PPG Paints neutrals.
