QUESTION OF THE WEEK: Seeking Cloud Based CMMS Recommendations

This week’s question comes from the Today’s Facility Manager group on LinkedIn.

I am looking for recommendations for cloud based CMMS software. I want to keep a track of asset repair cost, history, and maintenance schedules along with other details. Can anyone make suggestions?

  2. Schooldude.com also has facilitydude.com. It is the same company that is bent toward the medical facilities. I am a user of schooldude and happy with it.

  3. You might want to look at http://www.schooldude.com or http://www.myschoolbuilding.com.
    this system is not in the cloud per se but is hosted on the vendors web accessible servers. the servers are located in South Carolina, U.S.A.
    The programs primarily designed for educational institutions, but could be something you might want to adapt to your own environment.
