The S2 Magic Monitor video management has a maximum total bitrate of 100 Mbps and provides for real-time surveillance with live video tours and on-screen PTZ controls. Forensic capabilities enable the search, review, and catalog of evidence. The S2 Magic Monitor system provides customizable displays and S2 NetBox (version 4.8 and later) integration pushing video or signage to a digital display in response to S2 NetBox alarms or events.
New features of the S2 Magic Monitor Version 2 include instant replay to play back video directly from a live video stream; live snapshot to take a picture directly from a live video stream; multi-screen management to open a Magic Monitor digital canvas on multiple monitors connected to the same computer; and digital zoom to zoom in for the details on a live or recorded video stream.
Minimum requirements of the S2 Magic Monitor include a Windows 10, 64-bit or Mac OS X El Capitan operating system, an Intel Core i3 processor (Intel Core i7 recommended), a 4GB RAM (8GB is recommended), and a 500GB hard drive.
