The Slyde™ Ped from Slyde™ Charging Solutions was designed to provide users with personal lockable storage at individual workstations. Available with combination or key locks, this storage, security, and charging solution offers space for filing, electronics, and personal items, and can be accessorized to the users individual taste with one or two drawers in one unit.
The Slyde Ped is a cost-saving option, housing all functionality that exists in filing cabinets, desktop charging receptacles, and docking stations in an all-in-one solution. Affixed underneath the work surface, it is a suitable fit for fixed workstations and height adjustable surfaces. Movable magnetized dividing pieces allow for the drawer to be updated as electronics evolve in the workplace.
All Slyde units come with a 6.73″ W x 1.65″ D x 1.9″ H standard power adapter that has a 6′ black cord, triplex surge protector with ground, duplex 2.0 USB ports, and a voltage of 50Hz to 60Hz 12A. These internal power outlets and USB ports allow users to charge up to five devices simultaneously. Power adapter features can customized for specific needs with different colors, sizes, and lengths. Customization is available with a 100 unit minimum.
Constructed from powder-coat finished steel, the Slyde Ped drawer can be specified in gray, white, or red to match the color of workstations for a seamless aesthetic or in a contrasting hue to add a pop of color. The personal lockable storage solution is simply installed with four screws. It can be provided with a built in ventilation fan and is ANSI/BIFMA Tested and U.S. Patent Application No. 14/121,333 pending.
