The TB110 Series from SL Power Electronics is an AC to DC power supply. It is designed to ensure easy integration into test and measurement and industrial applications.
The TB110 delivers up to 110 watts of output power with airflow, or 80 watts when convection cooled. Greater than 1,000,000 hours MTBF (mean time between failures) is calculated at 122°F.
The TB110 Series offers up to 90% efficiency and a compact form factor. The models are a power solution when efficiency, electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) performance are required. The TB110 meets Class B Conducted EMI with 6db margin and Class B Radiated EMI with 3db margin
The TB110S measures 2″ x 4″ x 1.4″ suitable for use in 1U chassis applications and has a 5Vdc at 1A standby output. It offers a more than 15 year operational life as determined by e-cap life calculations at 104°F ambient operating conditions.
The TB110 models feature a universal input of 90 Vac to 264 Vac and are available in outputs of 12V (TB110S12K), 24V (TB110S24K), and 48V (TB110S48K). Input current is 1.8A max. at 110 Vac and 0.9A max. at 240 Vac. All models are CE marked to low voltage directive and approved to ITE standards of IEC/UL/EN60950 and CSA C22.2, 2nd edition.
