A With LEED becoming the standard for green initiatives in buildings, the tendency to use program standards and guidelines is more the norm. For example, Energy Star maps out guidelines for commercial buildings and offers its Portfolio Manager to track usage. These guidelines provide recommendations on what areas to consider for metering or sub-metering.
