Vixxo has expanded its relationship with Target Corporation to include managing many of Target’s full food production equipment. This includes a number of Target Café, in-store Starbucks and in-store Pizza Hut locations.

asset managementA client since 2014, Vixxo has been delivering top-quality service while achieving excellent operational and cost efficiencies, enabling the company to expand its partnership with Target. Under the new agreement, Vixxo will be responsible for 24/7/365 maintenance and repair of food service equipment, reverse osmosis water systems and plumbing and electrical components within Target’s food prep and service areas.

Vixxo was first introduced to Target through its longstanding partnership with Starbucks. Through its proven ability to support Starbucks locations within Target stores, Vixxo was given the opportunity to offer additional lines of service within Target.

“We offer dedicated service centers that store managers can contact when an asset is having an issue, and our Fusion technology arms our Target team with real-time data on asset performance and service history,” said Jim Reavey Vixxo’s CEO. “All of this drives down costs for Target without compromising service quality.”

Using a proprietary technology called Fusion, Vixxo can streamline asset management for companies like Target. The technology enables Vixxo to accurately identify, catalog and maintain maintenance protocols on critical pieces of equipment. Timely and robust data allows clients like Target to make faster repair versus replace capital investment decisions.

Vixxo’s ability to efficiently manage reactive issues, preventative maintenance, service provider management and guaranteed first-time fix has enabled a strong and growing partnership between the two companies. Additionally, Vixxo’s hybrid service provider model proved to be the perfect fit to serve Target’s goals.

“Our scale, technology solutions and network of elite local service providers allow us to deliver high quality service while achieving unmatched operational and cost efficiencies. Our experience with multi-site retail, restaurant, and conscience store clients makes us an ideal partner for Target,” Reavey added.
