OSRAM SYLVANIA has assembled an online knowledge base of useful tools and resources to help facility managers, specifiers, ESCOs, and installers understand the details and provisions of Section 1331/H.R. 6 of EPAct 2005 and take advantage of its tax deductions for installation of energy-efficient lighting systems.
The information is available at the corporate Web site/. The site offers a host of resources including: white papers, product literature, multimedia presentations and webinars, interactive tax deduction calculators, energy audits, and links to industry partner Web sites such as NEMA and the Commercial Building Tax Deduction Coalition.
The company has also released a new brochure, The Impact of EPAct 2005, available for download. In addition to providing a general overview of EPAct 2005 and its provisions, the brochure charts the potential deductions available to facility managers by installing various SYLVANIA energy-efficient lighting systems.
