JPMorgan Chase Hires PM Realty Group For Facility Engineering Services

Houston, TX-based PM Realty Group (PMRG), a national, full service commercial real estate firm, has won a national engineering services contract from JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. The contract went into effect on August 1. Under the contract, PMRG will provide engineering services to JPMorgan Chase facilities across 38 states and western Canada, totaling more than 52 million square feet of space.

More than 600 PMRG employees across the country will be dedicated to servicing this portfolio contract.

PMRG’s engineering services will provide JPMorgan Chase with a single point of contact for its physical asset needs, including maintenance, energy management, utilities, access controls, training and quality control. Robert Dunlap, PMRG’s senior vice president for Facilities Services, will serve as account executive and will be dedicated to managing this contract.
