It’s not every facilities coordinator that can inspire tearful awe and admiration from his coworkers. But BuzzFeed Facilities Coordinator Ricardo “Rick” Manzano does. Famous for getting around the BuzzFeed facilities on his hoverboard, Rick’s agility on his high-tech conveyance has spurred fellow employees dub him “BuzzFeed’s Greatest Employee.” And to wonder if he actually has feet.
It’s a basic facility management task for most, but Rick’s lightbulb changing style is the stuff legends — or perhaps ballets — are made of. One impressed coworker goes so far as to suggest Rick star in a production of “Hoverboard Nutcracker.”
It’s not all art though: Rick and his hoverboard have also been seen moving furniture, and teaching a Master Zumba class.

Let’s hope the recent news about exploding hoverboards hasn’t put a crimp in Rick’s rolling style. We’d hate to see him have to downgrade to a skateboard. Or roller skates.
