State of Grace from Crossville Inc. is a porcelain tile collection that interprets the delicate and elegant look of Italian marble in a durable, powerful porcelain body. Suitable for interior floors, walls, countertops, and exterior walls, this line offers specifiers inventive options—including Crossville’s first domestically produced 24″ x 48″ field tile—to design looks for various commercial settings.
Engineered to be as functional as it is fashionable, State of Grace features a singular white color available in unpolished and satin finishes. Inspired by the look of the world’s finest marbles, it captures the beloved veining of grays with delicate black and brown tones.
“True marble is a tender stone that’s prone to etching and chipping,” explains Lindsey Waldrep, Crossville’s VP of marketing. “State of Grace offers all the style of marble with durability and strength that outperforms the real thing—no sealing required. This collection is an optimal solution for areas where natural marble wouldn’t be viable.”
State of Grace’s extensive range of shapes and sizes offer design possibilities to answer most project challenges. Field tile sizes include 24″ x 48″ (Crossville’s largest domestically produced field tile size to date), 24″ x 24″, 12″ x 12″, 12″ x 24″, 6″ x 24″, and 3″ x 6″. Pickets, left and right chevrons, and mesh-mounted mosaics, including 2″ x 2″ herringbone and 3″ x 3″ hex options are also available, as are custom designs. A full trim package including cove base (2 x 12) and bullnose trims (4 x 24), base and crown moldings, and chair rails help to complete installations in style. Additionally, plank sizes are offered through Crossville’s Get Planked program. All field tile is rectified with a recommended minimum 3mm grout joint.
State of Grace is also available with Hydrotect, Crossville’s invisible coating that harnesses the power of light, water, and oxygen to defend against dirt and pollution. Whether indoors or out, floors and walls stay cleaner.
As with all products produced at Crossville’s Tennessee manufacturing facilities, State of Grace is responsibly made in the U.S. and is Green SquaredSM Certified. The porcelain tile collection contains a minimum 4% pre-consumer recycled content.
“We’ve captured the best of all the marble looks to create a truly unique collection that can’t be replicated. You won’t find this appearance anywhere else,” Waldrep shares.
