The LBV2531W from LOREX® (by FLIR®) is a weatherproof security camera. This 1080p HD bullet camera delivers long-range infrared (IR) night vision for a premium security solution that offers clarity indoors and outdoors.
The LBV2531W delivers crisp, detailed live viewing and recording using a standard coaxial cable to carry high definition 1080p (1920×1080) video to HD DVRs. ClearNight imaging for low light performance improves recording efficiency and an anti-glare feature ensures clear images under strong lighting conditions. The UL compliant cable offers fire resistance and is suitable for surface and in-wall installation. In addition, the video cable can be extended up to 800′ from the DVR using a single run of coaxial cable.
The IR LEDs provide performance in the dark, allowing users to clearly see up to 130′ away in regular nighttime conditions, and up to 90′ away in total darkness. The integrated IR cut filter switches on and off between day and night, ensuring accurate color reproduction in all lighting conditions. A split glass design minimizes IR reflection.
This rugged, weatherproof security camera is IP66-rated to withstand extreme temperatures (approximately -22° to 140°F), heavy wind, rain, and snow. A cable pass-through bracket keeps power and video cabling concealed, which helps to prevent tampering. The durable yet lightweight polycarbonate housing protects from vandalism.
The LBV2531 measures 2.7″ × 6.2″ × 2.7″ and weighs 0.4 pounds. It requires 12V DC ±10% and has a maximum power consumption of 280mA (with IR). Field of view is 89º and video output is MPX.
Each LBV2531 includes an IR night vision camera, a mounting kit, a 60′ extension cable, and a power adapter. A multi-camera power adapter that provides power to multiple cameras or individual power adapters may be provided, depending on product configuration.
