QUESTION OF THE WEEK: Quantifiable Evaluations

Is there some tangible, yet unconventional way to evaluate facility managers in terms of customer satisfaction?

This Question of the Week comes from the Facilities Management Professionals International Group on LinkedIn.

Do you have any ideas or suggestions for rating facility management professionals other than the norm (such as budgets, projects, etc.)? I am looking for some out of the box thinking. Is there some way to incorporate customer satisfaction in a more quantifiable number?
